Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F
Defrost puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet into 9 squares.
Add 1/2 tsp brei cheese to center of pastry square.
Add 1/2 tsp jam, preserve, or marmalade to center of pastry square.
Brush egg was on edge of pastry square and fold to seal into triangle or purse.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and place puff packets 1 inch apart.
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until light brown.
Notes
These can be served hot or cold.
For variety, substitute herbs for sweet jams.
