Brie Puff Pastry Pockets

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Box Puffed Pastry Sheets
  • 1 Wedge Brie Cheese
  • 3 tsp Raspberry Jam
  • 3 tsp Strawberry Preserves
  • 3 tsp Orange Marmalade
  • Egg Wash

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F
  • Defrost puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet into 9 squares.
  • Add 1/2 tsp brei cheese to center of pastry square.
  • Add 1/2 tsp jam, preserve, or marmalade to center of pastry square.
  • Brush egg was on edge of pastry square and fold to seal into triangle or purse.
  • Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and place puff packets 1 inch apart.
  • Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until light brown.

Notes

These can be served hot or cold.
For variety, substitute herbs for sweet jams.
