Cooked Chicken or Pork

scrambled
Soy Sauce
to taste

Instructions
In small bowl, scramble egg.
Heat frying pan over medium high heat. Add sesame seeds and heat for 1 minute.
Add sesame oil and heat.
Add mixed vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add rice to pan. Stir constantly. Add soy sauce to taste.
Add chicken and continue to stir for 3 - 5 minutes.
Rice, vegetables, and meat to side of pan. Add 1/2 tsp oil to pan. Add egg. Stir egg while cooking to break into small pieces.
Stir eggs into rice mixture.
