Mayonnaise
Instructions
Preheat over to 350. Please chicken breasts in baking pan with 1 inch of water. Season to taste. Bake 30 minutes.
After chicken cools, cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Add chicken, diced onions, diced celery, cranberries, and walnuts into a large bowl.
Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
Notes
For best flavor, make salad 2 - 3 hours before serving.
Hearty multi-grain bread goes best with this recipe.
