Cut bacon in quarters and fry until crisp. Drain off fat. Slice Tomato 1/8” think. Cut each slice into ¼ wedges. Cut cheese in quarter wedges.

Place bread slices on a cookie sheet 1/8” apart. Place cheese, tomato and bacon on top.

Place in broiler for 5 minute or until cheese has melted or browned. Serve hot.
