Clam Chowder

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pint Heavy Cream
  • 1 Pint Half and Half
  • 1 Pint Clam Juice
  • 2 Cans Clams
  • 2 Potatoes Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Salt Pork Diced
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Butter

Instructions
 

  • Cook salt pork and onions over low head until onions are translucent.
  • Add potatoes and 1/2 cup water. Simmer until potatoes are cooked.
  • Add cream, half and half, and clam juice. Bring to a low simmer.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes. Add clams and butter.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
