Ingredients

Bourbon

Honey

Light Brown Sugar

Dark Brown Sugar
Instructions
Pour bourbon into a small sauce pan and reduce to about half.
Add honey and light brown sugar. Stir until blended. Remove from heat.
Use a paint brush to cover ham before cooking. Halfway through cooking, paint a second coat.
Heat the glaze again and add dark brown sugar. This should make the glaze very thick and hard to stir.
Once ham is cooked, take it out of the oven. Using a spoon or knife, coat the top of the ham. Put the ham under the broiler to crisp.
