Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Cooked Rice Left over or cold rice is best
- 1/2 Cup Mixed Vegetables
- 1/2 Cup Cooked Chicken or Pork (optional)
- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds (optional)
- 1 Egg scrambled
- Soy Sauce to taste
- 1 tbps Sesame Oil
Instructions
- In small bowl, scramble egg.
- Heat frying pan over medium high heat. Add sesame seeds and heat for 1 minute.
- Add sesame oil and heat.
- Add mixed vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add rice to pan. Stir constantly. Add soy sauce to taste.
- Add chicken and continue to stir for 3 - 5 minutes.
- Rice, vegetables, and meat to side of pan. Add 1/2 tsp oil to pan. Add egg. Stir egg while cooking to break into small pieces.
- Stir eggs into rice mixture.
