Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice Left over or cold rice is best
  • 1/2 Cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Chicken or Pork (optional)
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seeds (optional)
  • 1 Egg scrambled
  • Soy Sauce to taste
  • 1 tbps Sesame Oil

Instructions
 

  • In small bowl, scramble egg.
  • Heat frying pan over medium high heat. Add sesame seeds and heat for 1 minute.
  • Add sesame oil and heat.
  • Add mixed vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add rice to pan. Stir constantly. Add soy sauce to taste.
  • Add chicken and continue to stir for 3 - 5 minutes.
  • Rice, vegetables, and meat to side of pan. Add 1/2 tsp oil to pan. Add egg. Stir egg while cooking to break into small pieces.
  • Stir eggs into rice mixture.
