Brie Puff Pastry Pockets
Ingredients
- 1 Box Puffed Pastry Sheets
- 1 Wedge Brie Cheese
- 3 tsp Raspberry Jam
- 3 tsp Strawberry Preserves
- 3 tsp Orange Marmalade
- Egg Wash
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Defrost puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet into 9 squares.
- Add 1/2 tsp brei cheese to center of pastry square.
- Add 1/2 tsp jam, preserve, or marmalade to center of pastry square.
- Brush egg was on edge of pastry square and fold to seal into triangle or purse.
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and place puff packets 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until light brown.
Notes
These can be served hot or cold.
For variety, substitute herbs for sweet jams.
